Job aid created for NYU's Skirball Department of Hebrew and Judaic Studies to guide conference travel guests through the reimbursement process. Previously, guidance was limited to email explanations, and participants often struggled to navigate the process, generating repeated back-and-forth with the department. I redesigned it into a concise, color-coded, step-by-step guide, resulting in fewer clarifying emails to the department, faster form completion, and a faster overall reimbursement process.
